We’re excited to announce our upcoming MAMP dates:

 

MAMP goes beyond a traditional day of shadowing. It is an immersive, behind-the-scenes mentorship experience designed to provide insight into the clinical decision-making, systems, and strategies essential to running a busy, successful aesthetic practice.

 

Spend the day alongside the ReFreshU Aesthetic Nursing Team and observe how experienced injectors prepare for the day, conduct patient consultations and comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, navigate complex cases, and maintain efficient clinical workflows. You’ll also observe injection techniques while gaining a deeper understanding of the “why” behind each approach.

 

Your mentorship will be led by our experienced clinical team, including ReFresh Aesthetic Center Founder and Clinical Director Dawn Sagrillo. With more than 30 years of clinical expertise and extensive experience in national aesthetic education, training, and mentorship, Dawn brings a unique depth of knowledge to every MAMP experience.

You’ll also spend individualized time with our multigenerational aesthetic nursing team. Each provider will share the distinctive workflows, clinical skills, perspectives, and experiences that have contributed to their success as aesthetic injectors.

 

We’re not simply showing you what we do—we’re sharing the clinical reasoning, proven workflows, and practical tools that have been instrumental in building and sustaining a successful medical aesthetic practice for more than 15 years.
