👋🏼 Hey, it’s Miriam. Welcome to my bi-weekly newsletter where we help you grow your pipeline, keep your clients, and crush your goals. Let’s get started. |

If You Do One Thing This Week: |
|
🤝 1. Make It Easy for Clients to Connect Sometimes the most valuable part of an event is the person you meet. If you bring clients together, help them find others with shared interests, industries, or goals. Make it easy with: - Name tags that include more than just names.
- Table cards highlighting shared interests.
- Colored stickers to identify different groups.
- Even Mardi Gras beads! I've seen different colors used to help people find their people.
Ask yourself: How can I make it easier for clients to make a meaningful connection? A thoughtful introduction can make an ordinary event memorable. |
|
⏱️ 2. Make Sure Your Team Is Telling the Same Story Your clients shouldn't hear three different versions of what makes your business special. If your sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership teams all interact with clients, make sure they're telling the same story. This week, gather your team for 15 minutes and ask: - What do we do best?
- What makes us different?
- Are we all telling that story the same way?
Agree on a few key messages and make sure everyone knows them. Different voices are great. Different stories? Not so much. Consistency builds trust. Make it easier for your clients to trust your team. |
|
☀️ 3. Turn a One-Time Customer Into a Long-Term Client If customers come to you for a specific event, season, service, or promotion, don't assume they know what comes next. They already know you, like you, and trust your team. Sometimes, all they need is an invitation. Ask yourself: What would I love for them to do next? - Try another service?
- Come back for another purchase?
- Explore another way you can help them?
Then invite them! Don't make good customers guess what comes next. Give them a reason to come back. |

If this newsletter resonates with you, here are three more ways I can help: - Follow me on LinkedIn or Instagram for bite-sized tips throughout the week (free).
- Work with me for 1:1 executive coaching or growth strategy consulting. Hit reply and I’ll send you a few questions to see if we’re a fit.
- Book me as a retreat facilitator or speaker. I'm looking at Winter and Spring retreats now. I just booked a retreat for May 2027. This is the perfect time to reset. Reply to this email and we’ll take it from there.
I’m a teacher at heart, and love helping people get better at what they do. Let's get started, |
