Apparently, four wine dinners weren’t quite enough.
 
We’re adding another very special evening to the Bar Corso Wine Dinner Series—and this one takes us directly to Piemonte.
 
Sergio Germano of Ettore Germano will join us for a night built around Barolo, truffles and the unmistakable food and wine of northern Italy.

Sergio Germano joins us for a six-part menu featuring baccalà, vitello tonnato, hand-cut tajarin, Barolo-braised steak, Piemonte cheeses, pistachio and plenty of truffle.
 
The evening begins in Alta Langa and travels through Langhe before arriving in Serralunga d’Alba—with two exceptional Barolos waiting at the end.
