World Menopause Day
Was Yesterday. The Conversation Continues.
I'm usually a bit sceptical of all these made-up-sounding days. World Donut Day? Fine, if we must.
But World Menopause Day? This one actually matters.
Because too many women are still navigating perimenopause and menopause feeling confused, dismissed, or like they should just get on with it.
And too often, there's a bigger message underneath it all: that women somehow become less relevant as they age.
We're here to challenge that.

Meet OUT LOUD!
A documentary film by Aida Angotti and Claudia Paul.

We're making a short film about perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
The experiences, the realities, the things we wish we'd known, and the conversations we need to be having.
About what it really feels like to navigate these stages of life. About being heard, understood, and taken seriously. And about challenging the idea that women somehow become less relevant as they age.

We're still in the process of bringing this project to life, and there's so much more to come. But today feels like the perfect day to share a behind-the-scenes peek at what we're creating and invite you to be part of it.

Help us bring OUT LOUD to the screen.

We're fundraising to bring this film across the
finish line, and every contribution helps us move one step closer.
If this is a conversation you believe needs to be louder, we'd love your support.

Please donate, share the fundraiser, and help us spread the word.
