👋🏼 Hey, it’s Miriam. Welcome to my bi-weekly newsletter where we help you grow your pipeline, keep your clients, and crush your goals.

Let’s get started.

If You Do One Thing This Week:

🚀 1. Give New Clients a Warm Handoff
When a new client joins your business, the relationship shouldn't end with the sale.

This week, reach out to recent clients and make sure they know exactly who to contact for what. A thoughtful handoff helps clients feel cared for while giving your team room to welcome new business.

Here's a simple template to get you started:

Dear [Brand New Client Name],

It's been a pleasure working with you and helping you get started with us! Now that you're settled in, [Team Member or Department] will be your primary point of contact for your ongoing needs.

Our team is here to make sure you have the support you need, and I'm always happy to help if a question comes up along the way.

Wishing you continued success, and thank you for being part of the [Company Name] family!
Warmly,
[Your Name]

Your clients feel supported, your team knows who's responsible for what, and you have more time to focus on building new relationships.

I love a good win-win.
2 Tips to DO MORE:

📈 2. Keep Calm and Keep Counting

A full pipeline is exciting, but a healthy business knows the difference between a good month and a good pattern.

This week, take a look at where your sales and client commitments stand compared with this time last year.

If business is booming, wonderful! Take a moment to ask what's working.
  • Are you attracting the types of clients you want?
  • Are people committing sooner than usual, or taking more time to make a decision?
These little clues can tell you a great deal about your customers and your sales process.

If you're not quite where you hoped to be, don't panic. Numbers are most helpful when you use them to ask better questions, not lose sleep.

📋 3. Make Meetings Count

Not every event needs the whole team, a dozen meetings, and enough coffee to fuel a small village.

The best events have a clear purpose and the right people in the room.

Before planning your next client meeting or workshop ask yourself: What do we want people to walk away knowing, feeling, or doing?

Review your next scheduled event and decide who truly should attend and what success will look like. Is it…
  • Informational
  • About building excitement
  • On a particular interest or service
  • To strengthen relationships
Be intentional about who belongs at each event and what role they'll play.

Your team will have more time for the work that matters, and everyone will appreciate that.

We got this.

  2. Work with me for 1:1 executive coaching or growth strategy consulting. Hit reply and I’ll send you a few questions to see if we’re a fit.
  3. Book me as a retreat facilitator or speaker. I'm looking at Winter and Spring retreats now. This is the perfect time to reset. Reply to this email and we’ll take it from there.
I’m a teacher at heart, and love helping people get better at what they do.
