Welcome to Day 2 of the Higher Self Challenge!
 
Yesterday I shared a journaling exercise to help you connect to your higher self's characteristics so you can embody them. And through writing, you connected with the messages they had for you.

Today you'll use one of my favorite tools to connect with your Higher Self. I created a Guided Hypnosis for you to listen to.
 
I recommend finding a cozy spot where you won't be distracted, use headphones (optional), and have a journal nearby to jot down any details you don't want to forget from the hypnosis.

Today's Practice
 
Today, you have a guided hypnosis recording to listen to.
 
So what is hypnosis?
 
Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration.
 
When under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed and are more open to suggestions. It's similar to meditation.
 
Here are a few guidelines for you to follow:
  • Find a place with the least amount of distractions
  • Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down
  • Using headphones is optional. I prefer it because of the sound quality.
  • Have your journal nearby to take any notes afterward.
 
 

 
Enjoy the hypnosis! It's as if by magic, your higher self takes form in front of you. 
 
You get to connect, communicate, and strengthen your relationship with that core part of you.
