Getting a great night's sleep is essential, and I've found a mask that helps me do just that! I've been using Z-Lab's plant fibre mask* for the past few days - the organic cotton and lyocell make it super comfortable to wear (I hardly feel it when falling asleep) and it's able to block out all light, meaning that I sleep through the cracks of sunlight that peek through my blinds before my alarm is set to go off. I've been having a hard time sleeping through the night lately, but over the past few days have managed a sold 8 hours (at least) without waking up prematurely.
