Tiffany here! This weekend my husband and I drove to Tahoe to see Ixi and her family while both she and Ted played their final concerts at Classical Tahoe!

It was great to see them of course, and the orchestra sounded wonderful, but it was also great to go to Tahoe for the first time. It’s a place everyone talks about around San Francisco… “Oh, have you been to Tahoe?”, “Oh, sorry I can’t, I’m going to Tahoe.”

We didn’t really understand the hype but um… now we do. Enter this dream scape:

I like working and I like routine… so it’s easy to not want to leave those things and go do other things! I also traveled so much last year that this summer I have pretty much stayed put except for a trip to Cincinnati (remember?!).

But, I was reminded this weekend of the importance of getting a fresh perspective.

It’s so crucial to our development as humans, to remembering what to be thankful for and for bringing back and sparking new inspiration.

When output is hard, chances are you need input. And a change of scenery is sure a good way to get it.

Plus, when I am with Ixi and Ted I am always reminded of the value of having a tribe that supports your dreams. It's a total game changer and something for which I think we are all very grateful.

// 7-Day THRIVE Challenge! //

Speaking of getting a fresh perspective — we’ve been thinking about the best way to connect with all of you to talk about the things we care about: helping you become an amazing musician, the CEO of your brand, and develop the business and career skills to generate a sustainable income - all while staying healthy in mind, body and heart.

We want you to feel fulfilled, empowered and ready to take the next step on your journey. We wish we could have had the opportunity to dig deeper sooner, and it’s one of the reasons we feel strongly about helping you get a perspective you may not get in music school.

So, we came up with the 7-day THRIVE Challenge! It's completely free and we’re telling you all about it before we announce it to the rest of the world!

It’s happening for 7 days, 30 min each between Aug 15-28 and it's gonna be action-packed!  We're teaching LIVE because we want to connect with you. It makes a big difference! Your teachers are me, Ixi, Ted and our new THRIVE co-host, Nick Photinos! To learn more and register, click the image below!
