How is your week travelling? I'm not going to lie, we're only half way through the week and it has already been more than a little challenging on the home front. Nothing we won't get through, but yeesh, this parenting gig is not always easy, is it. I'm exhausted. On the other hand, I've been having a lot of fun returning to my roots (sort of), by delving back into letter-writing and mail-art. I never lost my love of these pursuits, but the time constraints of life in lockdown (and home-schooling) during the past two-and-a-half years got in the way of me dedicating as much time to them as I used to. Dear postage stamps, I've missed you! I have some very happy and exciting news on this front to share soon (scroll to “News from Northbrook” at the bottom of this newsletter to learn about it). I can't quite tell all just yet, but am in the throes of creating something rather lovely, and am doing it in partnership with a friend, which makes it even lovelier. More news on this soon…

- Drumroll please… Meals in the Mail is coming back! This is one of the most popular projects I've ever run and, even five years after it began, people are still asking me about this project. So I'm thrilled to announce that it is back up and running, and better than ever. There'll be a podcast, a newsletter, bespoke mail-art, and - yes - a collection of recipe-letter books!
