Dear friend,
I hope this finds you well wherever you are in the British Isles and the world as our network starts to light up in an 'aurora grid' with bonds between members and local people growing stronger and brighter every day.
We have several new Community Assemblies to announce today with heartfelt thanks to Founding Facilitators who have made the commitment to liaise with their communities and strengthen bonds across their networks.
Elizabeth Lafferty and Stan Giles.
It is wonderful to report that we have enlisted 3 world assemblies, 13 regional assemblies, 7 area assemblies and 9 local assemblies. This means we are very close to our tipping point to soon become an established alliance of sovereign members who share the same values and are bound together by spiritual connections and the principles of Natural Law.
It seems no coincidence that we have published our first Community Assembly success story this week with thanks to Founding Facilitators of
Salisbury,
Wiltshire and
Ringwood assemblies. Much hard work has gone into organising a host of activities and events this past year to great effect, clearly demonstrating what we are all about.
We have been working hard on the blog with a new series of posts about
‘Community Culture’ coming out over the coming weeks. Our thanks to
Nick Kitchen for his outstanding
‘call to action’ articles (see below) and for being invited to publish articles about CABI in various online magazines including
Caduceus who we are soon to welcome as new members.
You will notice that our blog has been enriched by the work of Adrian Shaw, a philosophical poet and photographer from the Community Assembly of Mevagissy (not yet enlisted). Adrian's words bring wisdom, clarity and encouragement for us to be true to ourselves, find our inner happiness and let go of anything that might no longer be of service to us.
Adrian's first poem
Where Does True Freedom Lie? questions the paradox of
‘fighting for freedom’ and the better way of seeking
‘freedom through yield.' Such poignant insights, interwoven with articles written around the same theme, will provide further depth of meaning that we hope you will enjoy. I highly recommend visiting Adrian's website,
Poetic Soliloquy, for his meaningful words and stunning artistic photography.
Our aim for the
CABI blog is to become recognised as a valued knowledge-base (together with
Resources), publishing a library of thoughtful, truthful, positive and helpful content for our members and the wider community. We have a wonderful collection of writers, artists and healers with more to join us so stay tuned!
We always welcome your feedback and suggestions on any content so that we can ensure the CABI website it true to you. If you have anything you would like to share, please
get in touch.
I look forward to catching up again soon.
