Ready for a wellness reboot? We all need one periodically!
As humans, we are cyclical.
We start with the best of intentions: doing what we want to to feel healthy: hydration, exercise, relaxation, Yoga, meditation, eating well, whatever.
It’s every day.
Then just 5 days a week... then instead of sugar only on the weekends, it sneaks in during the week... and weekend wine becomes Monday night and Thursday night wine… after work workouts get shorter or disappear all together…
It happens to us, that’s for sure!
(And, honestly, the 3 of us don't even judge ourselves for it… anymore - who has the time? :-) We've also gotten to the age when we don't want to waste our time on that judgment.)
BUT we also know we feel better when we are doing all the things. We have more energy, sleep better, and are even nicer to our “significant others”!
So we need a reboot.
In comes…
S I M P L Y :: clean
our 14-day Lifestyle Reboot.
We begin again on August 19th!
The focus of the 14 days is to reduce inflammation and symptoms of it. ALL of us have inflammation and would benefit from reducing it.
Yep, all.
Here are just a few symptoms of inflammation:
- Weight gain that is hard to lose
- Joint pain
- Poor quality sleep
- Low energy
- Brain fog
- Bloating
- GI issues - really all kinds - IBS, constipation, diarrhea, reflux

Yes, all of these symptoms can be the result of a myriad of sources BUT inflammation plays a part pretty much every time so reducing inflammation can improve the discomfort. AND sometimes it's all inflammation so focusing on reducing inflammation can eliminate the discomfort.
We can commit to 14 days of re-establishing my habits and after 14 days, it's easier again, too.
