Let's Go!
Welcome to the inaugural NAx2 News newsletter!

I'm going to start with a more extended introduction.

The decision to start sending regular emails may have appeared somewhat vague at first, but it was a choice I made with determination. Looking back on the few emails I sent out this year, I couldn't help but feel that I needed to raise the bar. Can you even recall any of them?

I want to emphasize that this "writing thing" isn't as effortless as it might seem, at least not for me. Picture us having a conversation, as if you were sitting across from me or chatting on the phone; that's the atmosphere I'm striving to create. While I aim to make it appear effortless, the reality has been a month of collaborating with a professional to rebuild my confidence, enhance my focus (which sometimes borders on obsession), gather information, and meticulously plan—let's not forget the months of daydreaming.

Planning is a segment of this endeavor that I thoroughly enjoy. I relish making lists, arranging details, and categorizing information. Yet, when it comes to the execution phase, my mind occasionally experiences a temporary paralysis or gets sidetracked by distractions. (Perhaps I should reserve this tidbit for our "Did You Know" section.) Wait, what was I doing again?

Oh ya. Here's your news …
PERSONAL BUSINESS
My Story.
Some of you might be familiar with this part of my story: graphic and web design was initially a side hustle. I nurtured my graphic design business while juggling a full-time job. You might recall the time when you were my client – your projects and the support you offered meant the world to me. Since 2018, I've been a full-fledged business owner and I enjoy almost every day.
DID YOU KNOW?
The Kitchen.
I got an ice cream machine! The kitchen is my ultimate challenge. Multitasking in there is a bit of a struggle, but my curiosity for cooking and food remains. I'd love to do more in the kitchen - yet not eat too much, or be wasteful and keeping a close eye on my cholesterol levels - it’s a much less harmonious balancing act.

Thanks for readinG.
MEET you back here in two weeks,
-Melanie

Yes, deleting emails reduces your carbon footprint. In fact, according to The Good Planet, if everyone around the world deleted just 10 emails (spam or not spam), that would save 1,725,000 gigabytes of storage space, which is around 55.2 million kilowatts of power.
