Time for rest.
 
You made it! Another semester in the books. How do you feel? Now is the time for rest and rejuvenation. You deserve it. Listen to what your body needs and follow the clues.
 
There's usually all sorts of feelings happening this time of year. Feelings of exhaustion with a sigh of relief. Feelings of accomplishment. Feelings of worry or shame if your semester didn't go as planned. You might be excited for break or not if things are complicated at home.
 
Try to welcome it all. Remind yourself of how far you've come and how much more you have in you. What you're doing is significant. Your work matters. You are making progress toward your goals, even if it sometimes doesn't feel like it.
 
I'll speak on behalf of our TRIO/McNair community by saying we are so proud of you! Do what you need to do during break. Most importantly, do what feels feasible and good to you, minus other people's expectations.
