Where are you focusing your attention? On a million things, right? You have so many responsibilities it's sometimes hard to even see straight. How do you choose what to focus on and what to let go? 
 
Awareness is a powerful thing. It's up to us to tap into its power.
 
This month's theme is FOCUS, and the challenge is to start noticing where you focus your attention. Are you focusing on things that zap your energy? Are you focusing on your priorities?

If you feel overwhelmed and burned out during a busy semester, consider where you are focusing your attention. Where can you start honing in on what really matters
 
A lot is vying for your attention. You get to decide where you spend your time and energy. Not everything can be a priority. What can you let go of? Maybe it's time spent dealing with other people's drama. Maybe it's scrolling social media. Maybe it's time spent worrying.
 
I'm guessing grades are important to you. Do you have established time blocks for doing uninterrupted work? Taking care of your mental health and well-being is important. Do you have time blocks for self-care and time to decompress in healthy ways?
 
Lots of questions to consider! Let's spend this month building awareness around where we are focusing our attention. Your time + energy are precious resources. Making conscious and intentional choices will help you move through your day with more grace and ease.
