Time for a brain dump.

Who's feeling frazzled? Who's feeling a little scatterbrained trying to manage all the items on your to-do list? I can feel a whole bunch of us raising our hands high!

Take a deep breath. It's going to be okay.

It's definitely that time of year when things feel frantic. The landscape is beginning to bloom (at least here in Michigan), and with that blossoming comes a whole bunch of things that need to get done.

Take a deep breath. It's going to be okay.

One of my favorite tools is a brain dump. It's super easy! Pull out a fresh sheet of paper, set a five-minute timer, and write down anything and
everything that comes to mind. Don't hold back. Free flow, write and let it all out. Worries, feelings, to-do items, hopes, dreams, challenges, you name it. Write it all down.

Next, take a marker and cross out everything you cannot control. That might be quite a few things. Let those things go as best you can.

Circle 1 - 3 items you CAN control and are most important right now. Choose one thing and set a timer for 30 minutes. Work on that one thing and see how far you get. Rinse and repeat.

Emptying the contents of your brain onto the page is a great way to give yourself a reset—press pause. Take a breath. Gather yourself and take one small action to get you moving in the right direction.

You've got this! Keep going. You're almost there. Keep prioritizing your baseline self-care. Those KEY HABITS become even more critical when dealing with end-of-semester pressures.
a blank sheet for your thoughts.

Log into our 365 space and leave a comment! Let us know what you're doing to prioritize self-care during this busy time.

Remember that we share our weekly intention every Monday, have a
midweek check-in on Wednesdays, and practice gratitude every Friday.

We're here to support one another with each small daily action. ✨

You're amazing, Lynn
