From Laura: I started struggling with sleep A LOT 5 years ago. A confluence of perimenopause and family trauma left me up at 2 am for and hour or two.
Every. Night.
Yep, every, single, one.
It wasn't until 2 years ago that I finally said, “that's it!” I was finally ready to work on fixing it.
I now wake up feeling well-rested 80% of the time. I actually slept through the night, not waking up at all, ever, a week ago. I had to check my fitness watch to make sure because it has been DECADES since I did that!
