New Therapist Registration Guide |

Greetings and welcome to your Loveland Onboarding! Step 1: In order for a Participant to utilize their vouchers they must first send a Registration Invite and Connection Invite link to you or your Practice, so you can create a Loveland Portal Therapist Profile. Once created and then connected, you both can start the billing process. Please Note: To establish a Therapist Profile for a Practice, instead of an individual, please register with your Practice's information. Also, ensure your participant sends the "Registration/Connection Invite" link to your Practice's email address, so you are not prompted to create an individual account. Follow the steps below to create your Loveland profile. |

Onboarding Steps [As of April 2025] |
|
1. Save for Reference: Bookmark this [link]. This is a guide. You will come back to this page regularly throughout your time with us. 2. Device Requirement: Complete the following steps on a laptop or computer – NOT a cell phone or tablet. These devices will result in errors. 4. Fill Out Registration Form: Complete all fields on the registration form, including confirming the Terms and Conditions. Important: Make sure your phone number includes the “+1” without any dashes or spaces. - Example: +11234567890 and will look like this:

5. Confirm Payment Arrangement with your Participant: (only 2 options) - Therapist-pay: Loveland pays you directly (via our Stripe ACH service) for the services you provided for the participant.
- Self-Pay: The participant pays you directly, then Loveland repays the participant.
Important: Due to IRS regulations, we can NOT switch Participant's Payment Arrangements back and forth. STOP, re-confirm, and contact your participant directly before continuing. Important: You must set up a Therapist Profile and use the Loveland Portal for participants to utilize their vouchers — regardless of payment arrangement. Important: You must also input your billing information twice: once for Loveland invoicing and a second time for direct deposits with Stripe. This is non-negotiable. You will NOT be able to proceed if not completed. For more info, click [here]. 6. Finalize Registration: Confirm your account via email. After completing registration and confirming your account, log in here: Loveland Portal Login Welcome to the Loveland Portal! |

7. Set up Stripe: After logging in, you will be prompted to set up your direct deposits with Stripe. See full steps [here]. Important: - This process takes about 10 minutes.
- You can NOT pause or return once you start.
- You only need to do this one time.

8. Take Virtual Tour: Select “Start” under “Take the tour” then review our FAQs. |

9. Confirm Connection with Participant: After you registered, your Participant will re-enter your email address from their side of the portal to send you a Connection Invite. Confirm connection to proceed to billing. - Important: Ensure you provided the participant the EXACT email address used to create your Profile. They can not be different.
- Go to your "Participants" tab. → Find Participant's info → Click “Confirm Connection”.

10. Start Creating Sessions: Confirm with your Participant that they received their voucher numbers (located on their dashboard). Then go to your "Sessions" tab → select “Create New Session”. Important: Submit vouchers for reimbursement within 30 days of the completed session to avoid denial. Sessions can NOT be back-dated. |

Important: You are responsible for keeping track of your sessions and payments. Again please be mindful of the 30 day window. |

11. Additional Vouchers: Participants can receive up to 12 vouchers maximum, valued at $120. Only 4 vouchers can be issued at a time. After completing the first set, participants must request additional vouchers from their portal. Once received, follow step #10 until the maximum is reached. Important: For Participant's 2nd and 3rd requests, they must complete a closeout survey before receiving the next batch. |

12. Tax Info: We do not supply 1099s to therapists because you are not contractors with us; rather, we reimburse for services. Therapists are responsible for claiming taxes as they normally would. |
