Ditch & Switch
If you’ve been with us for a while, you know how we feel about getting toxins out of our homes.
It’s an easy thing to do to support your wellness without having to change your habits! (You know, starting to exercise, getting up early to meditate, cutting out sugar… :-) ) This change is easy and we are all about being easy!
You already clean your bathroom, you just need a safer cleaner.
You already do laundry, you just need a safer soap.
You already shampoo your hair, you just need a safer shampoo.
See what we mean?
Here’s the thing, these toxins may just be the culprit behind something that has been an issue for you, both short-term and long-term.
Short term, they can affect:
- Our hormones: and lead to early-onset menses, more painful cycle symptoms and menopause issues, just to name a few.
- Headaches: leading to everyday tension headaches and migraines
- Suppressed immunity so you get sick more easily
- Respiratory issues
- Brain fog
- Allergies - both the cause and make other allergies worse
Long-term, they can lead to:
- Cancer
- Brain & memory issues
- Asthma
- Just to name a few.
We always want to keep this email with a positive focus so we have easy solutions, of course, but we also need to learn about what is lurking in our everyday products.
For those of us in the US, the situation is a bit more, well, dire. Our government has allowed so many harsh, toxic chemicals into our everyday products. (As in tens of thousands…)
Yep, it initially made us angry but then we decided to educate ourselves to make our homes safer and then educate others.
