QVC - Customer Service Specialist. Idaho, Virginia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Texas. Full-time. You'll answer incoming calls like confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, analyzing account data, and promoting additional products. Starting rate is $15.00/hour.

 

Torch - Customer Support Specialist. US. Full-time. The expected working hours for this role will be 9 AM - 6 PM Mountain Time (11 AM - 8 PM EST). Serve as one of the faces of our business and the main points of contact for our customers via phone, chat and email. Salary range is $50,000 - $60,000. Benefits offered.

 

Typeform - Customer Success Manager. US. Partner with customers at key moments in their lifecycle to develop an understanding of their needs and coach them on how to use Typeform to reach their desired goals. 3+ years in a customer success role within a SaaS company. Pays between $62,000 - $79,000 USD yearly.

 

Branded Surveys - Survey Respondents. This panel needs respondents and is getting great reviews so far from some subscribers. They always accept new respondents to answer their surveys and earn extra cash! They have a great reputation, lots of survey offers available, and do pay as promised.

 

Wilson Language Training - Customer Success Manager. US. Engage customers as part of an assigned portfolio, build strong working relationships with K-12 school leaders, and sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value. Must have Bachelor's Degree or related work experience. Anticipated Salary Range: $51,000 - $74,000 plus benefits.

 

Language Line - Translators & Interpreters. US and Canada. Part-time. Language Line is frequently hiring work at home translators and interpreters in various languages. Most of their listed positions are contract and are for interpreters. Their translation jobs are fewer and far between, and these require at least five years of professional translation experience. Rate of pay isn't mentioned, but it is a rate per minute that seems to range between .65 cents and $1.50.

 

Textmaster - Translators. Textmaster will accept semi-professionals and professionals to translate for them. Payments are made via Paypal or Payoneer within 1-2 weeks after work is complete. Choose your own tasks. Rates are tailored to you, so a set rate is not available on the website.

 

Paid Viewpoint - Survey Respondents. This is one of my personal favorite survey panels because the surveys are extremely short, they pay in cash rather than points, and it doesn't take very long (at least for me) to cash out since the threshold is only $5. You can get PayPal payment or gift cards like Amazon. Just something to do for extra, but it's a good one.

 

Snap Recordings - Voice-Over Artists. Snap Recordings occasionally hires people for voice over jobs from home. They specialize in telephone greetings. Snap Recordings is open to voice over talent worldwide. You must provide a demo reel before they will consider you. Unfortunately, they don't have pay info listed nor could I find that info online.

 

Instacart - Personal grocery shoppers. Not remote, but flexible work you can do whenever you want. Pay is weekly via Paypal or direct deposit. According to Glassdoor, you'll earn between $10 and $15 hourly doing this.
