"The transit of Neptune during the first eclipse season of 2025 raises many questions, and places a spotlight on the initiatory process of Neptune. I am motivated to write this article now because Venus and Mercury (with Neptune and Saturn nearby) are moving back and forth between Pisces and Aries, about to begin new synodic Overstories, and soon propelled by an Aries Solar Eclipse, the first New Moon following the Equinox. My sense is that the ingress of Neptune from Pisces into Aries on March 30, combined with the last Sun-Neptune conjunction in Pisces this past March 25, holds the pattern, being the summation of the 165-years of Neptune in Pisces cycle, culminating with the entrance into Aries near the March Equinox." “The chart for the New Moon Partial Solar Eclipse is full of meaning and symbolism for this turning point. Saturn, Neptune and the North Node are still journeying together in the same area of the sky between 24° and 29° of Pisces. Venus joined the Pisces parade on March 27, and has now reached 28°48″. On the same morning as the Solar Eclipse, she will make her heliacal rise in her new overstory of Pisces. Later in the day Mercury will also ingress into Pisces, preparing to begin it’s new Pisces overstory on April 7 when it finally goes direct. Yes, that is a lot of Pisces!.” Susan DeRyder |

The first entry of Neptune into Aries since 1861 happens on March 30. It is the first of four outer planet ingresses into new signs in 2025, the year that Kali Yuga ends! This Highlight Seminar covers the back history of Neptune in Aries (most recently 1861-1874 and 1697-1711), as well as personal timeline and transit cycles and Neptune complexes. A major topic will be to consider the intent of Neptune by sign in TOTAMS Astrology, as well as the intent of the Aries Mystery School. Later in 2025, Saturn also enters Aries. We can speculate on whether this ingress is the seed of an entire 165-year cycle. As always, we will discuss navigation strategies from a Three Worlds perspective. |

How does TOTAMS use secondary progressions in the Shamanic Astrology Paradigm™? This session explores the most effective aspects of the vast body of knowledge about progressions and zero in on what works best and is most useful. Both the progressed Moon cycle (sidereal) and the progressed New Moon (synodic) will be discussed. Also included are the progressed Moon through the whole sign house system and the progressions of Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars. All in all, these transits and cycles amplify and serve as a cross-check for other transits and timeline cycles. In particular, the progressed Moon serves as a marvellous timing device as well. |
