FlexJobs - (Resource) - This is one of my favorite sites to use for finding remote jobs and learning about new companies that hire remotely. Most of what I see there when I check the listings pays well above minimum wage and are known companies. The great thing about FlexJobs is that they guarantee ALL listings are scam-free. They list hundreds of jobs -- all of which are either remote or flexible in nature -- five days per week. There are also no ads on the site!

 

Because there are no ads, they do charge a membership fee since that is the only way they can see a return on their job-searching efforts. But it's cheap -- you can get access for a few weeks for just $2.95 for 14 full days! If you sign up and don't like it, it's very easy to cancel right away so you are not billed again. You can do it any point during your 14 days of checking things out.

U.S. Bank – Customer Service Representative. Remote. Full-time. Provide high-level customer support via phone and email, handling inquiries related to fraud, internet operations, and account issues. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, resolving complex problems. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 months of customer service experience. Must be able to attend five weeks of training (M–F, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM CST). Shifts start between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM CST. Pay range: $20–$22/hour, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and more.

 

Deel – Customer Success Advocate. Remote. Full-time. Manage a high volume of small-spend accounts by responding to escalations, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include flagging churn risks, sharing product feedback internally, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. Requires 0–2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, a self-starter attitude, strong relationship-building skills, and comfort working with data. Gainsight experience is a plus. Pays competitive salary with benefits including stock grants, computer equipment, remote flexibility, and country-specific perks.

 

Medline Industries – Customer Service Representative. Remote (Must live near Tracy, CA). Full-time. Support hospitals, clinics, and end users by handling order placement, tracking, product inquiries, inventory checks, and price quotes. Responsibilities include managing customer calls, entering and updating order data, and collaborating with internal departments. Requires 1+ year of customer service experience, strong communication and computer skills, and availability to work any shift between 6:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. Must reside within driving distance of Tracy, CA. Pay range: $19.25–$26.00/hour with full benefits for 30+ hour schedules.

 

YouGov - Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel that has been around for quite a number of years. They are always needing new panelists to provide their opinions on interesting topics (mostly current events). They do pay and offer a lot of different options for payment including PayPal, bank transfer, Amazon cards, and more. They are open to the US and UK, and you need at least $15 worth of redeemable points in your account to be able to withdraw your earnings.

 

SWBC – Customer Service Representative (Financial Institutions). Remote. Full-time. Provide inbound customer service in a fast-paced call center, assisting with account inquiries, transfers, loan payments, online banking, card services, and fraud alerts. Requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of call center or financial service experience, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to type 40 WPM. Preferred candidates have some college coursework in business or communications. Pay not listed. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), paid training, wellness programs, and career development opportunities. Must pass a drug test and be a non-tobacco user.

 

Android Police - Freelance Writers. Android Police is looking for freelance writers in the US and Canada with a year or more of experience. They need people to write about TV, Android devices, and more. These are contract roles.

 

Content Remarketing - Writers. Content Remarketing are always on the lookout for qualified freelance content writers to contribute a variety of well-written content for clients. Writers must have demonstrated content writing expertise. They give strong preference for subject matter experts and writers with specialties in specific domains.

 

Tellwut - Survey Respondents. US and Canada. This is a fun survey panel with short polls and surveys you can take to earn cash and gift cards. Highly rated by Survey Police. Currently they are needing people in the US and also Canada to sign up.

 

Acorn Transcripts, LLC. – Transcribers. Anywhere in the US. Must have experience transcribing digital audio files and experience with court terminology. You'll also need good quality headphones and a foot pedal for audio playback. Salary is unknown.

 

Allegis - Anywhere in the US. Impeccable grammar, fast typing skills, a Windows PC and speedy internet are all required. You'll also need a transcription foot pedal to perform this work. On Glassdoor, some claim to make as much as $40K / year transcribing for this company.
