Happy Wednesday! I’m back with the third of five summer emails to help you capture that feel-good, soul-lifting energy of the season.
 
 
This week’s vibe? Adventure!
 
Not the kind that requires a passport or a packed bag, First name / my friend. I’m talking about the kind that fits into the next seven days without a plan, partner, or pressure. This is an opportunity to lean into your curiosity and get a break from your routine!
 
Why not kick off your week of adventure now?
 
Notice - Where are you running on autopilot? When do you put your curiosity on hold? These are opportunities to add adventure to your summer.
 
Nurture - Remember how adventure makes you feel and find a way to make it part of every day this week. Give yourself 5 minutes to step into your curiosity when it pops up.
 
Practice - It's the little things, my friend! Embrace iced coffee instead of hot, take a different route to the office or shop at a different grocery store. Find and make a new recipe or finally go to that new restaurant. Choose your adventure!
 
Say yes to an adventurous vibe this week. It’s good for your soul!
