Finding Your TRUE Energy
The HARD conversation
Stop looking for quick fixes.
There, we said it.
We know it would be SO NICE if you could take a pill, drink a liquid, take a shot, and your wellness dreams come true, but the truth of the situation is those solutions usually have nasty side effects that you then have to deal with or once you stop, the issue comes right back.
- Diet “solutions”, yes, even Ozempic, often lead to regaining the weight soon after you stop and return to your normal eating.
- Most sleep aids lead to addiction so your body needs it to sleep.
- Using caffeine for energy leads to crashes later in the day and addiction.
You see what we mean.
What we are about here at the wellness place is finding our foundational wellness, helping our body be healthier so we can find our ideal weight, have better sleep and solid energy.
