We are thrilled to kick off the school year on Saturday, September 6th, at Fischer Middle School (1305 Long Grove Dr, Aurora, IL 60504)!

As we prepare for an exciting start, here are a few reminders to help ensure a smooth beginning:
- Mentally Prepare Your Students: Help your children understand the purpose, procedures, and timings (see Dismissal Times below) of the school day to ease any last-minute jitters. Let younger students know that you will be there to drop them off and pick them up at the end of the day.
- Food and Snacks: Please do not send any snacks or food with your child, as we are a nut-free zone. The school will provide egg-free and nut-free pizza every Saturday.
- Gather School Supplies: The school supply list can be found on our website: http://icnschool.org/supply-list/.
- Remind your child about prayer expectations
- The school day ends when the students have finished Dhuhr salah.
- All students should come to school with wudu and prayer-appropriate clothing.
- The students can do wudu before coming down for lunch if needed, but will not have time after lunch.
- ALL students should sit on the prayer mats to listen to the pre-salah talk, and maintain respect during salah.
- Phone use is not permitted in the gym from 1:00 to 1:25 PM.
Dismissal Times
PreK-1st Grades
1:10-1:20 PM, Door 6
A parent MUST come inside through this door to pick up their child.
2nd-7th Grades & Youth Program
1:20-1:30 PM, Doors 2, 3, & 4
Parents will wait outside these doors. For security reasons, parents are NOT allowed inside during prayer. Please communicate exit doors, meet-up spots, etc. with your children before school.
Special Needs Program
1:10 PM, Cafeteria Doors

Please join us Saturday, September 6th, from 10:20-11:20 AM for an overview of Al-Falah Academy's rules, expectations, operations, daily schedule, calendar highlights, and much more. Please enter through Door 1 (Main Entrance) at 10:15 AM to join this session.
*Please note: You will not meet your child's teachers or view curriculum details at this time.
Tuition Payments
An Alma account is required to pay your tuition. Alma account activation emails will be sent every Friday until the first day of school. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see this email in your Inbox. If you need help setting up your account, email
registrations@icnschool.com.Tuition invoices or reminders to pay these invoices will be emailed on August 29th. Invoices can be found under your eldest student's account.
Please follow these simple steps to pay your tuition balance:
- Click on the green "Pay Invoice" button in your email. You will be directed to log in to Alma
- Full Payment: Click the green "Make Payment" button
- 6 Month Payment Plan: Copy/paste the link in the memo portion of the invoice. If you require a payment plan with different terms, email finance@icnschool.com.
