Hey First name / there,
Rosee from Cobot here!

Let’s face it: writing content is hard (even with AI 😉).

Especially when you’re running a coworking space and juggling a dozen other things. But here’s the good news: you don’t need a full-time writer or an expensive marketing agency to make it work.

In this issue, we’ll show you simple, effective ways to create content your community will actually want to click, read, and share—from newsletters and blog posts to member stories and service descriptions.
🎯 Start with Headlines That Actually Work

80% of people read only the headline. Just 20% continue reading the rest (Plagly, 2025). So if your title doesn’t hit, nothing else matters.
Your headline is your first—and often only—chance to grab attention. In digital environments, clarity beats cleverness every time.

Coworking example:
  • ❌ “Exciting new offer for freelancers”
  • ✅ “Save 20% on our new Freelancer Desk Plan this month”
See the difference? Specific + useful = clickable.

🛠️ Try these formats:
  • “How One Member Tripled Their Client Base at Our Space”
  • “3 Easy Ways to Make Your Workspace Feel Like Home”
Make a promise. Deliver on it. Done.
👤 Tell Real Member Stories (Not Buzzwords)

People connect with people—not brands, not features, and definitely not “premium work environments.”

A simple member story can do more than any paid ad.
📌 Quick tips:
  • Let them speak in their own words (Q&As work great)
  • Focus 80% on the person, 20% on the space
  • Use quotes, not jargon
At Cobot, we also showcase stories that show how we support real coworking journeys. If you’re looking for inspiration, check out our case studies.
✨ Make Your Services Feel Like... Something

You don’t need to sell. You need to show.

Instead of:
“Top-tier amenities,”

Say:
“Private phone booths, dual monitors, and as much coffee as you can handle.”

Even better? Wrap it in a story:

“Julia recorded her first podcast in our studio. Now she’s five episodes in and just got her first sponsor.”

Stories stick. So tell more of them.
Bad vs. Good service description illustration.
From vague to specific: stronger meeting room descriptions help members book with confidence
💌 Make Your Newsletters Feel Like a Friend

Newsletters work, but only if they feel like something people want in their inbox.

📬 Include things like:
  • A short Q&A with a member
  • A helpful link or tool
  • A local tip (best café near your space?)
  • Upcoming events or perks
And yes, subject lines matter. Try:

👉 “Meet This Month’s Member Hero”
👉 “☕ Free Coffee + 3 Freelancing Tips”

If you're stuck, our newsletter archive is full of examples. Steal freely.
🛠️ Easy Formats for Small Teams

Consistency beats complexity. A short monthly post and quick email update can go further than a half-finished content calendar.

Some plug-and-play formats:
  • “Top 5” lists: “5 Tools our Members Love”
  • How-tos: “How to Stay Focused in a Shared Space”
  • Visual recaps from events (a few photos + a caption = gold)
  • Curated links: “What We’re Reading This Week”
  • Repurpose everything: Turn a live event into a blog post, a blog post into a reel, and so on.
Don’t try to do it all. Pick one or two formats. Stick with them.
🧠 Final Thoughts

The best content isn’t complicated. It’s clear, useful, and human. You don’t need to fake excitement or copy what bigger brands are doing.
Instead:
  • Show what makes your space unique
  • Help people solve real problems
  • Keep things simple for your team
Small stories add up. Tell yours well.
