They are always needing new panelists to provide their opinions on interesting topics (mostly current events). Responsibilities include investigating and resolving technical issues, troubleshooting bugs and data discrepancies, reproducing and escalating software problems, querying and validating platform data, managing support tickets, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
