Hey, First name / you. No appointment this week?

Here's what you can do instead
You don’t need more motivation.
You need a structure that makes success inevitable.

Enter: the Hour of Power 💥

This is your income insurance policy.
It’s one hour a day. Five days a week. That’s it.

And when done right, it eliminates decision fatigue, protects your energy, and keeps your pipeline full… without guesswork.

Here’s how to run it:
🔁 The 5-5-4 Framework (btw I got this from Tom Ferry and gave it my own flair ✨)

5 People You Know
(Past clients, sphere, A+ humans you love working with)
Nurture the people who already trust you.
🗣️ Sample opener: “Hey, I thought of you when I saw [listing/stat]. Want a quick equity update?”

5 People You Don’t Know
(New leads, referrals, open house convos, online inquiries)
Don’t just rely on referrals—build your own momentum.
🗣️ My coaching moment: If you’re not adding names daily, your bucket’s leaking.

4 Lead Follow-Ups
(The warmest people in your CRM—“Hot,” “Nurture,” “Met”)
Conversion lives in the follow-up.
🗣️Winner's tip: You may even need a second daily hour just for follow-up.

This is how I feel writing these frameworks sometimes, haha! Alright… back to the point.

Why this works:
✨No more decision fatigue (“Who should I call?”)
✨You control your energy and output
✨Your CRM becomes your brain—not a graveyard
✨You build momentum instead of chasing it
⚡Your Take it and RUN challenge:
1. Block off 9–10 a.m. every weekday (or whenever your energy is highest)
2. Build a “Top 100” smart list for database nurture
3. Choose 3 lead sources you’ll pull from consistently
4. Script or save 3 go-to conversation starters
5. Text someone to be your accountability partner (do that today).

Do that, and in 90 days, your business will look completely different.

You don’t control who says yes.
You control how many people you talk to.

Now go take it and run!🏃‍♀️

🎙️ Stuck in impostor syndrome or stopped at procrastination station?
I started a podcast for that and more of those nasty (but common) conditions that plague real estate agents and other business owners. Don't stay in that frame of mind! My operations director (Kelcie) and I use each quick episode to cover how you can overcome those icky mindsets and achieve your goals.

Last time, we spoke with Jack Cote, leader of NV Home Team, about extreme ownership and servant leadership. He brought us back to what matters (and what works) in this market. You won't want to miss this one.

Here’s what I know
Taking the time to execute on these small tasks is what places you in a position serve more people and increase your earnings.
Don't forget
This exercise is primarily designed to 🗓️ SET APPOINTMENTS! Track your progress and pay attention to what’s converting. I’d love to hear what you discover.

Wanna make magic together?
I coach, consult, speak on stage, and occasionally break out into dance. Which one can we do together? ⤵️
** This is not a coaching solicitation to any current Tom Ferry coaching clients working with another coach**

I gave you the instructions, now it's your turn to take it and run!
