Here's what you can do instead
You built your business plan. Your goals are written. Your vision is clear. Your 2026 self looks strong and grounded (psst! if you haven't made a business plan yet, don't stop reading. You'll need this information once you're done).

Now comes the part most people skip. What carries you after the planning buzz fades?
Plans sit on paper. Momentum begins with the first few bricks you lay.

Here are three moves you can make today to create real traction long before the new year arrives.

1. The Power 15 Habit 💪
Block out fifteen minutes a day for the rest of the month to do one of the following:
  • Send two personal connection messages
  • Follow up with one warm lead
  • Start a conversation with someone in your database
  • Reach out to one past client
No scripts. No polishing. Just fifteen minutes of deliberate outreach. The win comes from steady action. Put it on your calendar.

2. Build Your 2026 Calendar 🗓️
Your goals become real when they live inside your week. Choose your priorities and give each one a place, even if the structure is rough at first:
  • Content creation: one hour weekly
  • Marketing touchpoints: three times per week
  • Learning and skill growth: thirty minutes weekly
  • Prospecting: three to five hours weekly
  • CEO time: Monday mornings
Planning is imagination. Scheduling = commitment. Once it lives in your calendar, you begin acting like the agent you are growing into.

3. The 1% Move (this one is lazy-proof) 😱
Pick one goal from your 2026 plan and ask yourself what you can do in the next five minutes. Keep it tiny:
  • Open a Google Doc and name it “2026 Marketing Plan”
  • Text a past client to say you hope they are doing well
  • Add a single name to your CRM
  • Capture three ideas for a lead magnet or video series
  • Block one date for Q1 content planning
Small steps signal your brain that movement has begun. After that, everything feels lighter.
⚡Your Take it and RUN challenge:
Your 2026 goals do not need dramatic gestures. They need steady forward motion, and now you have three ways to create it.

So commit to these three things this week:
👉 Fifteen minutes of intentional lead activity to each day for the rest of the month
👉 Add your core priorities to your calendar
👉 Take one small five-minute step toward a 2026 goal

You do not need more time. You need a starting point. And you just created one.
