Perfect if you’re looking to experience our studio, instructors, and class formats in a welcoming group setting. This option is ideal for building consistency, learning our equipment, and getting a feel for the BBP Belmont vibe.
Best suited for clients with no current injuries or limitations and a moderate fitness level.
Best if you’re brand new to Pilates, pregnant, returning after an injury, or prefer a more personalized introduction. One-on-one sessions allow us to tailor everything to your body and goals while building confidence before stepping into group classes.
