First name / Friend,
I thought about writing something elaborate for this issue. It’s the new year, after all.
But instead, I want to keep this simple and offer three ideas worth sitting with as you step into 2026:
1 - You are already doing a great job.
You don't need fixing. And you're probably doing better than you think. So make note of the progress you made last year, and build momentum from what is working.
2 - Look back before you move forward.
Before you jump into action, take a look back at 2025. When you skip reflection, you don't just miss the data – you miss the chance to notice what matters. Scroll down for eight reflection questions that will spark inspiration for 2026.
3 - Start with your most important thing.
If you have a long list of priorities, you don't actually have priorities – you just have competing ideas. Begin with one anchoring habit that will bring you peace and help you achieve the rest of your goals.
