Detox Your Home
It’s Spring Cleaning time!
We are embarking on a 3-part series to help you clean out your home, what you put into your body and what’s already in your body.

Let’s hop into Part 1: Detoxing Our Homes
Here’s the thing, of all the things we can/need to do to improve our wellness, this is the easiest!
Truly.
So easy.
Did you know simply opening all of the windows in your home for 5-15 min (research differs on this one) can significantly reduce the toxins in the air of your home?
Especially if you live in a colder climate (we all do), our homes can be sealed up for months. That leads to a significant increase in airborne toxins.
In Germany, they call it “Burping Your Home”. (From Laura: Sharing this because we actually talk about that in our home. “Open the windows. We are burping the house!”)

And of course, updating our products to less toxic ones is also important - and, again, EASY as far as wellness changes go.
You don’t have to change anything but the products you use on the daily. You don’t have to get up earlier, motivate to exercise, resist the temptation to eat dessert.
You already clean your toilets, wash your floors, do your laundry.
All you need is cleaner products and it can help with your hormones, respiratory issues, skin issues, allergies, energy, brain fog, don’t even get us started!
