This is the harvest of the 2-month Communications Fellowship created by the Ecoversities Communication Spiral to cultivate relational communication across the Alliance. Instead of speaking about communities, this fellowship, called Turtle Telling, accompanied folks from Afrika to communicate from within their own territories, languages, cultures, relationships and learning projects—sharing stories that reflect the diversity of Ecoversities while strengthening connections across regions.

Communication is more than producing content. It is a practice of listening, relationship-building and making regional voices visible. By supporting people to tell their own stories in their own languages and contexts, Turtle Telling strengthens both communication capacity and the living fabric of the Ecoversities Alliance.
There are still a myriad stories left untold. Stay tuned for the next issue!
