Tuition Payments An Alma account is required to pay your tuition.
Alma account activation emails were sent earlier today and will be emailed again on
September 4th and
September 11th. If you need help setting yours up, please email
registrations@icnschool.com.Parents will receive an email from "Al Falah Notifications" with their tuition invoices on Friday, August 28th. Invoices can be found under your eldest student's account.
Please follow these simple steps to pay your tuition balance:
- Click on the green "Pay Invoice" button in your email. You will be directed to log in to Alma
- Full Payment: Click the green "Make Payment" button
- 6 Month Payment Plan: Copy and paste the link in the memo portion of the invoice. If you require a payment plan with different terms, please email finance@icnschool.com.

As a reminder, please see below regarding our payment policy: - Full tuition payment or setup of an autopay plan for the full tuition amount is due by Sept 11, 2026.
- If full tuition payment or setup of an autopay plan for the full tuition amount is not completed before Sept 12, 2026, the student’s registration will be canceled, their spot may be released to another student, and the registration fee will be non-refundable. Please note: Students will not be permitted to attend classes until payment arrangements have been finalized.
- If a family chooses to re-register after withdrawal, the student may be placed on a waitlist if the grade level is at capacity and may also be required to submit a second registration fee.
