What you'll need: a sticky note and 10 minutes.
Step 1: Pick the one task you've been putting off that connects directly to a goal. The call, the post, the follow-up.
Step 2: Write this on your sticky note and fill in the blanks:
"I'm having a thought that I don't feel like [task]. I'm noticing I'm waiting for motivation. I don't have to obey every feeling. I can feel resistance and still start."
Step 3: Read it out loud. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Start before the timer finishes beeping in your head.
Step 4: Do it again tomorrow, same time. That's how consistency gets built.
That's it. One sticky note. Ten minutes. Done is better than perfect.
