She is @glucosegoddess on Instagram and her Insta account is like reading the Cliff Notes. It is basically 10 hacks you can incorporate in to your diet and lifestyle that will decrease blood sugar spikes throughout the day. This is important because your blood sugar levels contribute to cravings, inflammation (the root of all evil), energy levels, certain chronic diseases etc. It is an eyeopening easy read.
