WHY SHOULD YOU START PILATES NOW? Pilates can be a life long practice. As we age it can be modified to give our body exactly what it is craving and needing! It can also be altered to accommodate injuries, pregnancy, and to help prepare for joint replacements or surgeries. Many clients report feeling taller after their first session! This is due to the fact that pilates helps us activate our core and postural muscles that run alongside our spine. Giving our body the reminder it needs to keep us lengthened and tall! Pilates also helps improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. It truly is an incredible workout. Don't take our word for it! Try it yourself we can’t wait to meet you! |
