It's just lush.

Good hot with baby potatoes and summer veg or served cold with salad.

I first had this hash in a cafe after I took my mum for a hospital visit.

It was so good, I kept thinking about it and had to have a go at making it myself.

Traditionally, it's a brunch dish, but occasionally Graham and I will have it for dinner with some toasted sour dough and a creamy dressing.

Cream of mushroom soup flavoured with fennel and dill, which really give it a wonderfully flavour, but isn't overpowering.

Homemade sausages too!

These ones are puy lentil and mushroom, but very different to the burgers.

I like to serve them hot dog style in hot dog buns with fried onions, mustard and ketchup.

So, so good!

It's made with shop-bought gnocchi, but can be made with homemade if you like to make your own.

People often think a risotto is a difficult dish to get right, but it's actually really easy, you just have to take your time adding the stock and stirring well until it's absorbed by the rice befoer adding more.

This mushroom and leek risotto is really tasty.

I do hope you try it.

This miso mushroom nut roast is perfect for Sunday dinner and special occasions.

Potato Dauphinoise is usually made with garlic and cream but this one has a mushroom sauce and mushrooms added to it.

Of course, you can use the same amount of dairy-free cream instead of the mushroom sauce, if you prefer the more traditional dauphinoise.

It's really special, either way.

My lovely mother-in-law Jean used to make these stuffed mushrooms for us regularly when she lived nearby and I have to say they are gorgeous.

An usual combination, but with the other flavours added, it just works.

Do try them and let me know what you think.
