This is the season to schedule fun, revisit favorite summer activities, and deepen your friendships by spending time together. Plan quality time with yourself, too!
Over the next week, spend some of that alone time choosing the intention that guides you through the next six months. You may have selected an intention at the beginning of the year. If so, ask yourself if it still feels aligned with where you are and how you want to move forward.
An intention acts like a compass as you move forward from here. It can be used as a filter when you’re making decisions, a mantra when you meditate, or a guiding light when you’ve lost your way. A well-chosen intention can remind you of what matters and help you set boundaries more easily.

Sit with these prompts a few times over the week. Add a few of your own! Notice the words, phrases, or imagery that show up for you and how they make you feel. Your subconscious mind will process in the background, and you’ll feel a little ‘yes’ in your body when your intention shows up.
