How to Jump-Start Your Body

Maybe with your hormonal imbalances? Weight gain? Energy levels? Whatever?

You know what helps… [And we are going to help you] … a gentle detox.

The 3 of us have been around the detox block a few times. We’ve done juice fasts, smoothies, raw food, water fasts, special supplements, you name it.
Â
In general, brief detoxes are helpful for jump starting the body, getting the body out of lethargy and into healing.
Â
Because we don’t always eat perfectly and we have toxins in our environment, our insides get a bit bogged down.
Â
Our bodies need spring cleaning. What we mean is, our insides get mucked up from just life and things slow down, our digestion, our elimination [ahem… detox chatter almost always ends up talking about THAT! :-) ]

Our exit ramp, let’s just say… isn’t smooth.
Â
But as we age, honestly, most of these types of detoxes are actually not good for us. We need something that is far more gentle.
Â
Think shifting the trajectory of a ship one degree rather than banking a curve. Our systems are already on edge. We need to do things that are gentle shifts so we can be in a new place a mile down the road but without dropping us off a cliff.
