2 Classic Styles for Every Budget
Maybe instead of  “every budget” I should say “everyone's threshold for pain at the checkout” since one person's steal is another's splurge…regardless of their bank account. I have friends who have generational wealth that are very conscious of what they spend on shoes and others who can't afford the Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks they are sipping while wearing their red bottoms.  Whatever your preference here are two boot styles that will go a long way in your closet ranging in price from $40 to $700.

Classic Knee High Block Heel Boot

I ran across these boots on a search for a pair of Schutz that all the influencers were posting about (and eventually selling out) during the Shopbop sale earlier this season.  The Dark Brown Croc in this style is a very good dupe for the Schutz at half the price.  The reviews are all over the place regarding the calves being too tight or too big and a lot of talk about them being narrow but I have a wide foot and they fit fine tts.

Classic Cuban Heel Western Inspired Bootie

I bought these in black and mahogany and for $50 this may be one of my better purchases. The mahogany pair bear a striking resemblance to the $1450 Isabel Marant Leyane Western Boot.  Kudos to Walmart for realizing that just because one's wallet pain threshold is low doesn't mean their taste in fashion is also.  As a bonus these have memory foam cushion and are super comfortable all things considered.
Thanks for stopping by!

This is Issue 10 of The Style Gathering newsletter.  Those of you who know me know I used to write a blog by the same name so I just ran with it and used it here.  It actually makes sense because most  items you will see here are things I have gathered together because I have heard about them from a friend or an Instagram account of an influencer who I think is my friend.  If you like it please forward to your friends and they can
