This Thanksgiving season, I just have to say how grateful I feel. First up, a huge shoutout to my husband, Aaron, who keeps our YouTube channels running, helps keep me fed, and always gets me through the stressful days. I couldn’t do any of this without him!
 
And to my clients…wow. You all are seriously the best. Every single one of you feels like a friend, and that makes my job so rewarding and abundant. I’m feeling full, grateful, and maybe just a little spoiled by all this amazing energy in my life.

Real Estate Tip: Property Taxes
Just a quick reminder that you do not want to miss! Property taxes are due soon, and paying early can save you some money. Here are the dates to consider:
  • November 30: 4% discount
  • December: 3% discount
  • January: 2% discount
  • February: 1% discount
  • March 31: Full amount due
If you have a mortgage, your lender usually handles it. If you own your home outright, pay before November 30 to snag the full discount.

  • Sellers should focus on realistic pricing. Overpricing leads to extended DOM in this environment. Well-priced homes are still selling.
  • Demand remains steady. Sales volume hasn’t dropped, and pending activity is holding. Buyers are active, they’re just more value-driven than last fall.
Overall, October reflects a balanced market with a slight tilt toward buyers, setting the tone for a measured, steady end to the year.

Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show
Who else made it off the rock for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show?? We had such a blast manning the Koah booth, catching up with old friends, meeting new faces, and swapping plenty of fish stories. My husband Aaron was in his element, sharing his expertise on the spearguns he has trusted and even helped design for over 15 years.
 
We even had a little corner to showcase our own merch, which made the day extra special. It is always such a good time when this community comes together in a setting as vibrant as this one.
