Happy New Year! I hope the year 2022 brings you unprecedented success & happiness. 

 

But before we go on to the new year, lets talk about this year while we can still call it that. The year 2021 was really a mixed bag for us...lots of good things happened. Things we had never expected, things we really worked hard for. But a few mistakes were made as well.

 

And as we wrap up the year, I just wanted to share a few glimpses of the past year with you!

Welcome to Dohful’s last Sunday Letter of the year guys, it’s a wrap!

So the year started great I think. We spent the whole of January telling you more about our philosophies and business stats. Back in the kitchen we were gearing up for a new product launch at that time. 

 

And the Yin & Yang Chocolate Cookie was launched sometime in early February. That cookie got an amazing response from you guys! Personally, I think I can swim in that White Chocolate center, but I might be biased.

 

In February I also shared with you guys my entrepreneurial journey, and so many of you came out to express their appreciation and kind words that I was emotionally overwhelmed for days after that.

 

Let’s jump over to May now. And this one is special. In May 2021 I sent you guys an email telling you about how we had crossed 1400+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews on our website. It was a big deal for me because it took us about 2 years to reach that number.

 

But I feel so elated and proud to tell you that we have actually doubled that number now. So it took us 2 years to gain the first 1400 reviews and just 6 months to get to the next 1400 reviews.

 

Truth be told, I’m aiming for 10,000+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ by same time next year. Let’s see how much of that we can accomplish!

 

 

 

 

 

October again went swooshing by due to Diwali preps. Thank you by the way, for all that love and support this Diwali. Our Diwali gift boxes with candles were selling out faster than we could replenish. But I’m happy to report that we managed to send all your orders in time and in the best way possible.

 

In November we gave a cookie and we took a cookie away. We launched the Tri Chocolate Ombre Cookie and the Peanut Butter Marble cookie was discontinued.

The Peanut Butter cookie, though loved by many of you guys was not reaching everyone in the same condition. 

 

There was a lot of breakage issues in that and we were sure that we didn't want to continue giving that heart break to you.

And for the past month or so, we have been busy helping all the Secret Santas send yummy, delicious gifts to their friends and families this Christmas.

 

That’s it. That’s been our year. Lot of goals were accomplished. Lot of memories were created and a lot of learnings were taken that we carry with us to the year 2022.
